Students must be at a minimum of 12 years old to take this course to receive a certification card with AHA.
Students under 16 years old must be enrolled with and accompanied by a paid adult.
Students under 18 years old must have their parent/guardian sign a release of liability form in class at registration.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICIES

A confirmation email is sent upon receipt of your paid registration. If you do not receive your BOOKING CONFIRMED email, check your promotions, junk and spam folders. We are not responsible for emails your email service provider blocks.

NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR EMAIL.

Receipts are emailed separately from Stripe (our online bank). This may also end up in your promotions, junk and spam folders.
It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to ensure that you are enrolled in the correct class.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING MUST BE RECEIVED DURING BUSINESS HOURS 2 BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO CLASS

BUSINESS DAYS are Fri-Sun; Friday-Saturday(9:00am to 7:00pm and Sunday (9:00am to 3:00 pm )(excludes holidays).

There are NO REFUNDS for 1-on-1 training sessions once the online course link has been sent. You must attend the in-person session within 30 days of completing the online course.

Course RESCHEDULING (for any reason) must be submitted online via email 2 days prior to class.
There are no refunds for classes cancelled or rescheduled with less than 2 business days’ notice.
If you miss or reschedule your rescheduled class for any reason, the full course fee will be due.

We reserve the right to decline your rescheduled date due to limited seating on that date.

** No children under the age of 9 will be allowed in class unless the child 7-11 years of age is enrolled in our mini–Rescue Ready Training course CHILDCARE IS NOT PROVIDED. Note that 7-11 years of age, will not be provided with an actual CPR certificate but will receive an honorary certificate and t-shirt for attending our training If you cannot secure a sitter, you will be asked to reschedule. **

Original payment is valid for 30 days, after which the payment is forfeited, and the full course fee will be due to register again.
1. NOTE: Your new booking is not guaranteed until it is paid AND approved by the administration.
2. Priority seating is given to students paying the full course fee.
3. We reserve the right to decline your new date due to limited seating.
4. If you miss or reschedule your rescheduled class for any reason, the full course fee will be due to reschedule your class again.
5. There are no refunds for cancellations of rescheduled classes.
